Tomorrowland:
Tomorrowland is the biggest, most sought-after electronic music festival in the world, with people coming from every continent to participate and have a time of their life. It is held in Belgium every year where globally celebrated DJs, producers and artists take over Boom in Belgium with 15 marvellous stages of magic, with past decorations ranging from active volcanoes to explosive butterflies. The festival takes place in Boom, a small town which is 35 Km from the capital city of Brussels, and since its inception in 2005, it is held in the highest regard throughout the EDM scene with almost every electonic music Dj making a presence at the festival. Thousands of people flock to Belgium annually and due to the success of the original there are spin of festivals in the U.S and Brazil, known as TomorrowWorld and Tomorrowland Brasil respectively. At present, There is nothing like Tomorrowland India. The minimum age for attending the festival is 18, though anyone who turns 18 in 2016 will be permitted entrance, even if they turn 18 after the festival.
 
The stages are works of arts in themselves, complete with hand made statues, animatronic creatures, and wild effects. This, combined with the laser shows, ice cannons, and confetti dropped from helicopters, creates the ideal ravers back drop to a wild party.
Tomorrowland Theme:
Every year tomorrowland comes out with a new theme, The theme serve as the central tone and inspiration for the festival’s atmosphere and everything from the stage to the decoration,to the festivals bands is designed based on the theme of the year.
 
2015, saw the theme of “Kingdom of Melodia” while 2014 had a theme of “Key to Happiness”. The theme for 2016 was just revealed yesterday and it is “The Elixir of Life”.
Camping:
Tomorrowland’s camping section is called Dreamville, a city which takes in up to thirty five thousand festival goers after a hectic day . The dreamville gets open on the Thursday of the schdeuled weekend of the festival.
 
Dreamville is the host campsite with unique features such as a marketplace, community centers and best of all ‘The Gathering’, the official warm up party (Festival goers who purchase a camping pass will be able to attend ‘The Gathering‘, a pre-party that begins on Thursday ). The market area of dreamville has hair salons, oxygen bars, BBQs, a supermarket, various different restaurants and food stalls (in fact the food is notoriously good), and obviously plenty of places to purchase booze.
 
You can only purchase a DreamVille ticket in the form of a DreamVille Package or a Global Journey Package. The DreamVille packages are a combination of a specific type of DreamVille accommodation and a Full Madness Regular or Comfort Pass. There are different packages of festival tickets along with Dreamvilla, where one can bring his own tent, Stay in easy tents (Provided by the festival), or stay in a mansion or relax room.

The Gathering Party:
 
After you have finally arrived, managed to put up your tent and are ready to kick off the weekend, there is already an amazing opening party called ‘DreamVille The Gathering’. The party starts around 2 p.m and goes on till 12 a.m. Last year “Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike” closed the Gathering stage. Remember only DreamVille packages & Global Journey packages (incl. DreamVille accommodation) will grant you access to The Gathering.
 
Global Journey Packages:
Global Journey Packages are the easiest way to travel to Tomorrowland. Global Journey offers you an all-in experience, covering your trip from the moment you take off all the way to the return journey home. Tomorrowland offers you the chance to create your own package according to your situation and preferences.
 
If you have enough money to spend, Global Journey is for you as the global journey tickets are almost three times the general tickets sale prices. Global Journey in short is a complete package for the festival where the festival provides you everything from Train tickets, Flight tickets, Hotel tickets, Dreamville tickets. Registration:
 
If you are little tight on your pocket and don’t want to shell out so much money, Tomorrowland offers you general sale tickets which requires Pre-registration. Only if you have preregistered yourself, you can participate in the general sale.
 
Many people don’t know but the first 10 people from each country who pre-register for tomorrowland gets an assured ticket.

The most tough part of tomorrowland is to get tickets in the general sale, The tickets for the festival gets sold out in an hour or 45 mins, Leaving many in Que, starving for tickets.

Ticket Price:
 
There are so many different packages available for tomorrowland, the best thing is you have packages starting from just Rs. 7000 for single day pass awhich goes upto Rs. 5 lakh for a Global Jouney Pass.
 
EDM Lovers India suggests you to buy a “Magnificent Greens Pass” which assures you of festival ticket, Dreamville ticket, The gathering Party, This ticket or pass will cost you around Rs 30,000.

Ticket Personalisation:
 
Before receiving your Tomorrowland confirmation ticket, you will need to personalize all your tickets. Each single ticket needs to be addressed to 1 individual. Before entering the festival site, the identity of each visitor will be verified. If the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the name on the ID, access will be denied. Because of the personalization it is impossible to buy or sell tickets on the secondary market.
 
Only with DreamVille packages for 2 or 4 persons, only one ticket needs to be personalized: Easy Tent, Relax room, DreamLodge, Cabana, Friendship Camping
 
ATTENTION: You don’t need to personalize your tickets when you have bought a Global Journey Package. Tomorrowland handles it for you with the data you registered during purchase.
 
Drug Policy:
Zero Tolerance drugs policy. Tomorrowland and DreamVille conduct an absolute zero tolerance policy with regard to drugs. It is forbidden to use, deal and/or to be in possession of drugs on both the festival grounds and camping site. Many people have misconception that drugs are allowed at Tomorrowland but it is exactly the opposite. Infact in case you are carrying any drugs, Before you enter the festival ground or camping site you have the possibility to dispose the drugs in special drugs boxes, this without any consequences.
