During his recent visit to India, Diplo had met Sony Music India CEO Shridhar Subramaniam and the ‘Kolveri Di’ composer Anirudh Ravichander. While Subramaniam meeting the DJ and gifting him a fake life-size elephant did not raise too many eyebrows, but Anirudh’s presence did.

Everyone wondered if the singer would be collaborating with the label and the DJ. So later it was confirmed that both are collaborating , now today Diplo announced the release of the Indian version of “Cold Water” scheduled for Diwali.
