Game Of Thrones showrunners D.B Weiss and David Benioff confirmed that Ed Sheeran will have a cameo on the show’s 7th season. While talking to the show’s star cast Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner , Benioff revealed that the team had been planning to get Ed on board since a really long time since he is Williams’ favorite.
This is not the first time a singer is appearing on this show. In the past, members of Mastodon, Coldplay, Of Monsters And Men, have appeared on the show. Mastodon’s Guitarist Brent Hinds revealed on The Jasta Show that he’ll be back on the show for a cameo on the 7th season!
The release date of the season is 16 July 2017.
