1. Congratulations on your latest album ‘Out Of Light’! Even though ‘Brain Freeze’ came out in 2016, you consider ‘Out Of Light’ your true debut album. Why is that so?
Thank you! Brain Freeze was a more of a compilation of my recent projects – Out of Light is my first full cohesive project.
2. Your fanbase is pretty strong. Your recent release ‘My Senses’ reached 10k views in 10 minutes! So what do you keep in mind while producing new music?
I don’t have anything specific – I just make what I want to listen to and what I feel. The fact people enjoy listening to it is a plus!
3. Being just 20 years old, how does it feel to be associated with Mad Decent & Monstercat record labels?
It’s crazy – I was such big fans of their work since high school!
4. Road To Ultra is touching down to India for the first time! How has your experience been with Ultra Music Festival?
Very positive – the fans are great – the staff is great – and I’m honored to play at the first Ultra in India!
5. It’s your first time performing in India too. Do you have an idea of what it is going to be like? Do you have any expectations or have heard anything about India or Indian crowd from your DJ friends such as Marshmello who has played in India before?
I’m going in with an open mind. I haven’t really asked around and I like to have no expectations to really take in the whole experience.
6. Are there any more projects that you’ve been working on whose release is around the corner?
I have a new EP coming in the fall/winter *wink*
7. You have remixed almost every famous track. So do you have any upcoming remix lined up for a release this year?
One of my favorite songs recently released by Marshmello and Khalid – “Silence”
8. Do you have any special message for your Indian fans?
I am SUPER excited to be able to meet you guys and embrace the culture of India!
