Warner Music Group acquires the Dutch dance-music label Spinnin’ Records in a tremendous 100- million deal.

This was officially announced today that Spinnin’ has been sold in a  $100 million deal  and is set to be the biggest purchase since it took over Parlophone for $765 million back in 2013.

According to the deal, the Dutch label will continue to be managed and run by it’s co-founder Roger de Graaf as CEO who will work with Bart Cools, WMG’s EVP, Global A&R and Marketing of Dance Music. Eelko van Kooten will step down from his position in the company and has taken a decision to leave the music business market and enter other industries.

Founded by Eelko van Kooten and Roger de Graaf in 1999, Spinnin’ Records has released music from Martin Garrix, Tiesto, KSHMR, Fedde Le Grand, and many more!
