Karma aimed to go beyond a KSHMR live orchestra set and indeed it went beyond. The fans attending were taken on quite a journey, with KSHMR’S orchestral experience. Diwali is the festival of lights as they say, and in a similar way, KSHMR, did light up the lives of unprivileged children by doing a concert for charity. This show was an effort from KSHMR and Sunburn Arena to help and raise funds for the children’s charity, “Cry: Ensuring Lasting Change For Children.”

The show kicked off with KSHMR’s very own favorite Hasit Nanda doing his thing. Nanda absolutely nailed it, as it was expected. The young Delhi based pianist kicked off things in style. Also, he dropped the mashup of Karate & Jimmy Aaja alongside Mitika Kanwar and left the crowd jumping.

Check out his video dropping the mashup here :

Followed by Hasit Nanda’s amazing set, now the India’s best EDM DJ/Producer Anish Sood took over the console. Anish Sood delivered having a proper blend of House, Electro, and Techno.Anish Sood absolutely created a proper vibe.

Now, it was the time for the most awaited the one and only JAI WOLF. Jai Wolf made his debut in India at the KARMA show. Jai Wolf turned concert venue in Gurugram into a dance club for the night to a sweaty crowd last night with some incredible lights and graphics show. Anyone who found themselves immersed in Jai Wolf’s amped-up synths in the show last night had to admit the music put them in some kind of high. Sajeeb Saha aka Jai Wolf did a perfect opening duty for the main man KSHMR.

Next up, was the Koocha Monster aka NUCLEYA undoubtedly smashed the arena. The crowd certainly had a jolly high time. You know Nucleya is on stage when he’s introduced by his own new song thus, “Iss DJ ki Kahani Ek Kalpana Nahi hai. Yeh Manghadant Sangeet Zaroor Banata Hai, Lekin Dilon Ko Choota Hai” , this sent the crowd into a tizzy. Nucleya’s set was full of his very own original heavy bass mixes ,all the familiar tracks from his old albums Bass Rani and Koocha Monster.

So finally the moment arrived when Niles Hollowell-Dhar came over the stage. He kicked off the rhythm of the night with the live rendition of ‘Dharma’ followed and took the energy even higher. Again after a couple of songs, the live version of ‘Burn’ entranced the audience. Soon the final interlude of the story followed and the live rendition of his ending song as usual, ‘Kashmir’.It was certainly a dream came true to dance to KSHMR’s first-ever orchestral set in India for a noble cause.

The stage set up, lighting and the pyrotechnics were amazing and it is safe to say that the Sunburn crew invested a lot of time and money in an effort to nail this part.On the success of commencement of the tour,Karan Singh, CEO Sunburn Global said, “The first show of the 6 city Ola sunburn arena tour was a meteoric success and history was truly created here in Gurgaon. It was magical to see over 15,000 youth uniting for a good cause. Thank you to all the artists – Kshmr, Jai wolf, nucleya and Anish Sood, as well as our sponsors, partners and of course most of all the fans to make this happen. We also express our gratitude to the administration for fully supporting us.”
