LA-based DJ Producer Amber Giles better known as Mija, is popular for playing multi genre-crossing sets. Although her keen interest that provoked her to DJ was in Drum and Bass and Hardcore. In her teenage, she was a singer who used to do Stage shows. Then she became a rave promoter and booked Skrillex for a show at age of 17, before he came to the mainstream. At age of 18, she was studying Fashion Designing which she dropped soon and started Djing in Phoenix Arizona. Earlier she used to play at Weddings, Sheraton Hotel, and Parties.
Breakthrough :
Well in June 2014, Mija was playing Sunrise set at 6 a.m., at Bonnaroo Music Festival in Tennessee, while Sonny Moore aka Skrillex, was driving a golf cart. He came across the stage and asked to play a B2B set with her. The set got massive attention and got popular as well. Later that year she played at Burning Man and Tomorrowland also. Later on, Skrillex encouraged her and she moved to Downtown Los Angeles.

She has achieved a lot of success in a short span of her career. She had already performed at almost all big festivals across the world. You name it and she had already nailed it, Tomorrowland, EDC, Ultra Music Festival, Burning Man, Hard Summer to name a few.
Last year, she launched her own Lifestyle fashion brand Made By Mija, based out in Los Angeles, where she is Cheif Designer.
India Tour :
Mija had toured 4 cities of India as well in past, along with Skrillex. Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad & New Delhi from October 8th to October 11th in 2015.
