After the recent incident of Martin Garrix unreleased tracks been stolen and uploaded unofficially, a similar incident has taken place with Avicii’s unreleased tracks.
It has not even been a month since Swedish legend Avicii’s death was announced. It is a shame to see an artist steal and upload Avicii’s unreleased tracks and claiming them as his own produced ones. The artist goes by the name Zzdroz who was recently called out by an Instagram user.
Zzdroz uploaded ‘I’ll Be Gone’ of which the instrumental was modified and used for Avicii’s remix of his own song ‘Liar Liar‘, and uploaded it under the name ‘A Million‘. Zzdroz also ripped the audio from a YouTube video that was a live clip of Avicii’s performance with crowd noise in it. Another theft was committed as ‘Stay With Me‘- a collaboration with the vocals of Mike Posner, which was uploaded by Zzdrox’s personal vocals.
Check out the conversation of an Instagram user with this ruthless and outrageous artist:
After a few days, Zzdroz disappeared from all social media platforms. It is a shame to see such an incident take place. This is a huge amount of disrespect to the Swedish icon. We request you to the spread the word so that no such incident takes place in the future.
