The country has been shaking with what went down last Thursday in the Pulwama district of Jammu & Kashmir. The official death toll of the attack is 49. While all of India was mourning over this huge loss, Marshmello tweeted about praying for the soldiers that lost their lives.

Before starting his performance at Vh1 Supersonic Festival in Pune, he asked the crowd to observe a two-minute silence for the soldiers that lost their lives. It is inspirational to see these foreign artists showering love and sympathizing with us during such tough times. These things show why the EDM industry is one of the best. Itโ€™s because nobody distinguishes you based on your country or religion or color. Everyone here is loved and respected.

Yesterday, our army was able to kill the mastermind (Ghazi Abdul Rasheed) behind the Pulwama attacks.

Hereโ€™s the tweet from Marshmello about the incident:

My prayers go out to those affected by the Pulwama attack. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ
