Over 90,000 people passed the threshold of the magical land, UNTOLD, on the first day. The artists who performed in the first evening were impressed by the main scene of the UNTOLD festival but also by a large number of participants. The most anticipated artists were the trio, 3 Has Legend, the British artist, James Arthur, but also the German DJ Tujamo. The latter was present at all 5 editions of the UNTOLD festival, and last night declared that the 2 hours spent on stage were the most impressive hours of his life.
Tujamo said: “I have seen over time how this festival has grown. From year to year it was getting bigger and bigger, and last year I said that it doesn’t have to be bigger than that. And look, I came again, I got on stage and when I saw the stadium full, I thought it was incredible. I tell you with great emotion that I feel that I am already part of the UNTOLD family and for me, it is the most important festival of the year.”
Also on the main stage was the artist Tove Lo, the W&W duo, Smiley and Alex Parker. And Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike made the Cluj Arena stadium vibrate through a synchronous dance they performed with the tens of thousands of people in the arena. “Romania, let me tell you something. You are the most wonderful and strongest audience in the world. We were just waiting to get to you, “Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike said on stage. “Cake me!” Last night wrote on the banners of young people in front of the UNTOLD mainstage. Steve Aoki once again delighted his fans and offered them, at the UNTOLD anniversary edition, the 12 cakes that he threw in public.
The shows of Tove Lo, Tujamo, W&W, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Steve Aoki, could be watched live on the Facebook page and on the UNTOLD YouTube channel. Artists from Galaxy and Alchemy, Floog, Oxia, Joseph Capriati, Anna Tur, Grasu XXL, Tatra B.E.N.Z, and Roni Size could also be watched live last night.
The official opening of the festival was marked with fireworks and the story of the UNTOLD 2019 universe: CODEX OF MAGIC.
