Jason Ross is someone who needs no introduction among Anjuna Family. Over 5 years after his first release on Above & Beyond headed label, the prodigious producer has now unveiled his debut full-length album, 1000 Faces, on Ophelia Records.
Gotta say, I’m pretty blown away at the incredible response from my album. I put me heart into this and I’m so grateful you guys can feel that ❤️

Ross, who gained prominence with a string of power-packed trance releases on Anjunabeats, experimented his sound with a Seven Lions collaboration titled Higher Love in 2017 – which marked a turning point in his career. Since then, the Anjunabeats mainstay started venturing into the unknown territories of melodic bass sounds further on Seven Lions’s imprint Ophelia Records. After getting a good number of hits under his belt, Jason Ross has unveiled his debut body of work in the form of ‘1000 faces’.
The ambient Intro to the album sets the tempo perfectly for an emotional journey that awaits with the next 9 songs that flow through seamlessly. In addition to the big hits like ‘When The Night Falls‘ (with Fiora), ‘Known You Before’ (with Seven Lions & Emelie Brandt), ‘The One That Got Away‘ (with Dabin & Dylan Mathew) that were released as singles, the 10-track LP features some of the never heard before tracks that see Jason expanding his artistic range. Personally, the track that stood out for me the most was ‘Leave Me To Wonder’, that is easily one of the most original and unique tracks to come out of the scene in recent times – effortlessly bending the boundaries of genres.
Jason Ross also gets the honor of having the first-ever album released through Ophelia Records and ‘1000 Faces’ has set the stage for fellow talents to showcase their art with full freedom.
