This team-up always gets me excited! Continuing the celebration of Axtone‘s 15th Anniversary, we have a new release from Kryder and Tom Staar who have returned to Axtone with their highly anticipated collaboration ‘Waiting On My Love‘. And as expected they’ve delivered some great stuff once again!

When you see these two names together, be prepared to go on for one hell of a groovy ride! Responsible for the rise of the ‘Groove Movement’, both Kryder and Tom Staar have shown us a new world of ‘Grooviness’ in the past few years. Always spreading those positive vibes, they’ve contributed so much to the dance music scene, firstly, of course, with their music and then by supporting the new and upcoming producers. Their record labels like Sosumi Records, Staar Traxx, Cartel Recordings, and Kryteria Records have given us some really talented artists lately and I’m sure it will continue to do so.

Over the years, Kryder and Tom Staar have worked together on tons of different tracks and remixes, plus their B2B live sets are something that should definitely be on your bucket list. Their chemistry, friendship, and talent truly shine in all of their releases and you can always expect something out of the box. Best examples are their releases and remixes like ‘Jericho‘ (Size Records), ‘Apocalypse 2014‘ (remix for Arno Cost & Norman Doray), ‘Ping Pong‘ (remix for Armin van Buuren), ‘Faded‘ (remix for Alan Walker), ‘Big Momma’s House‘ (Sosumi Records), ‘H8RS‘ (remix for AN21, Max Vangeli & Steve Angello), ‘Don’t You Worry Child‘ (remix for the Swedish House Mafia) and tons more.

Also, their separate releases on Axtone are absolute gems such as ‘Aphrodite‘, ‘Crocodile Tears‘, ‘All That Matters‘ (remix for Kölsh), ‘Bora‘, ‘Come Together‘, ‘Otherside‘ (w/ Eddie Thoneick) and ‘The Funkatron‘ (w/ Robbie Rivera). Lately, Kryder has been busy with the relaunch of his imprint Sosumi Records and is also doing a series of weekly live sets called Axtone’s House Party. And Tom Staar has been actively working and collaborating with artists like David Guetta (Jack Back), Armin van Buuren and the most recent a remix of Ferry Corsten‘s track ‘Punk‘.

With such a rich history between themselves and also with Axtone, Kryder and Tom Staar are two very special artists who share such a strong bond with each other. And now with their new release ‘Waiting On My Love’, their bond is stronger than ever. The track exhibits an amazing old-school groovy vibe that is very catchy and addictive. Plus, the vocals from this London based artist called EBSON are so mesmerizing that you’ll instantly fall in love with his beautiful voice. EBSON‘s work here is truly remarkable and I would absolutely love to hear more from him in the future.

Enjoy this magnificent tune and let’s hope to get more collabs from the kings of groove, Kryder and Tom Staar!
