Russian duo Matisse & Sadko are back on Martin Garrix’s STMPD RCRDS with a pure masterpiece titled ‘Sweet Life’. Also yesterday, they took over the duties for STMPD RCRDS Radio’s Episode-14 where they kicked off the show with their latest release & played a couple of their hit tunes such as ‘Best Thing’, ‘ Hold On’ to name a few.
‘Sweet Life’ is inspired by the sound of the early 00’s, it all begun when Matisse & Sadko decided to play some piano melodies under the starry sky. The track started with melancholic chords in the breakdown and after they put some nice pitched vox chops on it they realized this could be a great mixture of trance and progressive house.
