When the COVID-19 pandemic led to the postponement of various major electronic festivals across the globe, a couple of them hosted their virtual editions so the fans could enjoy it from the safety of their homes. The Q-dance team was one of them who hosted the virtual edition of Defqon.1 which garnered over 8 million viewers, with the spectacular production of The Closing Ritual being one of the highlights.

Now, the Q-dance team is back once again with another amazing announcement. Last year, over 30,000 fans enjoyed the festival in GelreDome, now the organizer is all set for the virtual edition of Qlimax. Qlimax is known for its the stage for the biggest immersive show spectacle within the harder styles, staying true to the same the virtual edition will host high-quality shows featuring the best artists, specially produced music and state-of-the-art production techniques. ‘Qlimax The Source’ will be a four-hour digital event, where the viewers will be opening different chapters & be a part of an hour-long audiovisual journey across mythical worlds, all filmed at the most diverse locations. After the main event, there will a three-hour long after-party which is certainly going to be a stellar audio-visual experience.
