A man who needs little introduction, techno legend Alan Fitzpatrick has released the first single from his upcoming album titled ‘Machine Therapy’ which is also his first album in a decade. In the past two decades, Alan Fitzpatrick has carved out his own musical niche within the ever-expanding genre of techno. The brand new release ‘W.A.I.S.T.D’ feat Kele from the album follows the earlier release which was a collaborative effort of Alan Fitzpatrick & Lawrence Hart.
‘Machine Therapy’ would be Alan’s most impressive work till date as he combines a wide range of sounds techno, house, breaks, and ambient in his upcoming brand new LP. The album title is pretty interesting as it derives its name from the time Alan has spent in his home studio, with the hardware he has collected over the years, the machines offering a sort of therapy during the pandemic.
The brand new release from the album titled ‘W.A.I.S.T.D’ features somber vocal tones of Kele along with break-beat rhythm sections and glowing chord progressions.
