The world-famous electronic music festival in Croatia, the city of Split, an UNSECO site, was visited by more than 140,000 people from 143 countries, with around 40,000 visitors on Saturday night, at the Park Mladeži this month.
The record arrival is a combination of several factors. First of all, visitors do not see ULTRA Europe as just a festival but as a destination where they spend seven days of summer vacation. An event as a destination festival, with parties on the islands of Brač, Hvar and Vis.
International artists such as: Armin van Buuren, Marshmello, Afrojack, Vini Vici, Timmy Trumpet, DJ Snake, Alesso, Oliver Heldens, Nicky Romero, Krewella, Martin Garrix, Tiësto, Above&Beyond, Steve Aoki, performed on the main stage at Ultra Europe.
ULTRA World’s esteemed techno and house concept RESISTANCE offered on its own dedicated stage, performances from the following artists: Amelie Lens, Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer, Nina Kravitz, Ilario Alicante, Pero Fullhouse, Fidelak, Kreso, Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, ANNA, Pretty Pink and Full Ferry.
Apart from the visitors, say the organizers, the performers also look at ULTRA Europe through different eyes. The festival in Split is not just a stop for them, but a location for a good time.
A grandiose main stage, special effects, an imposing lineup, these are all reasons that make this festival unique in the world. Another additional factor is the highlighting of the destination potential of the festival, where, in addition to the mega-spectacle, visitors also have the opportunity to visit beautiful beach locations in Croatia. The perfect basis for a trip to remember.
ULTRA Europe is undoubtedly on its way to becoming one of the world’s largest festivals! The new chapter of the biggest international event in Croatia has already been announced, so Split will host the ninth edition from July 7 to July 9, 2023.
