The first Massif festival, held March 3–5 in Poiana Brașov, will feature DIMITRI VEGAS, one of the festival’s most sought-after DJs. His show will be mixed by his wife, MATTN, who is also in the Top 100 DJ Mag. The organizers reveal the first wave of musicians who will perform at the newest mountain entertainment concept and make Poiana Brașov Europe’s most popular mountain destination for young people.
Massif, Central and Eastern Europe’s most anticipated winter festival in 2023, features Quintino, Nicky Romero, Kadebostany, B.U.G. Mafia, Inna, Delia, Grasu XXL, Dirty Nano, Pascal Junior, Killa Fonic, and many others.
Dimitri Vegas, one of this year’s Massif festival headliners, is part of the most famous DJ combo, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.
Dimitri Vegas‘ cinematography work has grown in the past two years. Dimitri Vegas, who appeared in Rambo: Last Blood, Men In Black: International, Yummy, and H4Z4RD, was cast in the next Jurassic World: Dominion film. In June 2022, the picture grossed over $1 billion.
DJ Nicky Romero will perform at Massif in Poiana Brașov in March. Avicii, David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Hardwell, Tiësto, Fedde le Grand, and Armand van Helden have all collaborated with Nicky Romero on songs in recent years. Dance music superstar Nicky Romero performs at the world’s major events. Protocol Recordings, owned by the Dutchman, celebrates 10 years this year, and its radio show airs in 71 countries.
Top 100 DJ Mag’s Quintino rounds out the festival’s initial lineup.
Seven stages comprise the inaugural Massif edition. Three stages will be at Massif Winter Village on Pârtia Bradu, and four will be built in collaboration with the resort’s après skis.
A special production for the mountain resort will accompany the live performances and surprise DJ events on the three stages: the outdoor mainstage, the indoor “Greatest of All Time” (G.O.A.T.) stage, and Retro Fantasy, the beloved setting from UNTOLD.
This year’s production comprises four stages in the resort’s European-renowned après-ski area. The organizers will disclose the stage concept and location soon.
