The first day of the UNTOLD Dubai festival exceeded the expectations of the participants and of the international level artists, setting a record for participation in an event in United Arab Emirates: Over 40,000 fans worldwide.
In this way, UNTOLD, Romanian brand born in Cluj-Napoca, keeps its promise, that of being the strategic partner of the city of Dubai in entertainment and to position it on the map international festival destinations.
More than 100 international artists will take the stage during the four days of the festival, between the most anticipated shows being: PSY, G-Eazy, Tiesto, Hardwell, Major Lazer, Don Diablo, Sebastian Ingrosso and Timmy Trumpet, with John Newman, Ellie Goulding, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Kalkbrenner, who created an incredible atmosphere on the stages located at EXPO City, on the first day of the festival.
On February 15, one of the most fascinating cities in the world experienced, in premiere, the magic of the UNTOLD universe, with the debut of the inaugural UNTOLD Dubai edition. 40,000 enthusiastic fans flocked to the iconic venue, EXPO City Dubai, to experience the joy offered by the creators of UNTOLD, a magical land of over 170,000 square meters where imagination knows no limits, a paradise of entertainment and innovation.
UNTOLD, a festival recognized worldwide for its amazing shows and impressive visual productions, had a spectacular debut and became a hub international of entertainment. UNTOLD Dubai mainstage, the place dedicated to superstars globally, it offered a perfect mix of musical styles.

Armin van Buuren, the #5 DJ in DJ Mag’s Top 100, was one of expect headliners from the first day of the festival. The Dutchman stunned his fans with a live set of two hours and gave life to the UNTOLD Dubai universe. Armin demonstrated once again the exceptional ability he has to create a unique connection with fans across the board world.
International pop sensation Ellie Goulding was also in the spotlight. The British artist gave fans an amazing live show, in which she included a mix of hits, with which reached the international charts and tracks from the latest album, “Higher Than Heaven”. Paul Kalkbrenner provided even more excitement and took fans on a journey through the world of techno music. Fans connected with the German artist, and at the end of his live set, Paul Kalkbrenner expressed his gratitude to the fans.
Another Mainstage surprise was John Newman, a versatile mixing artist elements of soul, pop and electronica and that created a captivating show. With a host of other world-renowned artists taking to the stage throughout the evening, the first day of this musical phenomenon was truly magical.
