The fourth edition of the SAGA Festival at Romaero attracted an impressive crowd of about 180,000 fans, turning the event into a massive celebration of music and culture. Over the course of three days, festival-goers enjoyed a diverse lineup featuring genres from techno and trance to pop, dance, and R&B.

The Mainstage saw electrifying performances from renowned artists such as Rita Ora, Armin van Buuren, Loreen, Dennis Lloyd, Raye, and James Hype, who captivated the audience with their exceptional shows.

Despite rumors and speculations regarding the cancellation of some concerts, the SAGA team has confirmed that all artists were compensated as per their contracts, and all financial obligations were met. The organizers emphasized their commitment to ensuring the artists presence on stage.

“Unfortunately, we cannot deal with specific problems that are beyond our control and understanding. We hope that the SAGA audience, the almost 180,000 people who believed in us, who believe in the power of this festival for four years, will continue to support us and understand that we, too, suffer just like them. We are just as disappointed and angry as they are because we all are SAGA.

However, despite all the problems, we felt energy and enthusiasm, love for the festival, and tolerance this year as well. For this, we are deeply grateful and applaud you as loudly as you did in front of the artists. We promise to use the lessons learned to improve SAGA, and next year will be better. SAGA has become a part of Bucharest and the story continues with you,” said Allan Hardenberg, CEO of the festival.

A significant setback was the last-minute cancellation of American rapper Nicki Minaj’s concert, just three hours before her scheduled performance. This unexpected turn of events caused considerable disappointment among fans and organizers alike.

In a gesture of goodwill and respect for the festival attendees, the SAGA team has announced a refund policy for ticket holders affected by the cancellation:
– *1-DAY SUNDAY*: 30% refund for scanned Sunday tickets
– *1-DAY SUNDAY*: 100% refund for unscanned Sunday tickets
– *3 DAYS PINK*: 15% refund for pink tickets to 3-day general access tickets
– *CHOOSE YOUR DAY*: 100% refund for unscanned “Choose your day” tickets

The refund form is available online and can be completed until July 12.
