Craiova is gearing up for a massive summer spectacle starting this week! Over 100 artists will perform at Romania’s IntenCity Festival, with major international stars like J Balvin, Paris Hilton, and G-Eazy headlining the event. Now in its fourth edition, IntenCity is the highlight of the summer in the Oltenia region. This year, the local government has significantly increased its support—nearly tripling last year’s budget—to back the festival organized by the Romanian Opera Craiova.

More than 100 performers, including full orchestras and special guests, will take the stage in Craiova. J Balvin, Paris Hilton, and G-Eazy are among the standout names, but the surprises go far beyond that. With a €1 million stage built at “Ion Oblemenco” Stadium and mind-blowing special effects, this year’s edition is set to be a game-changer.
From June 26 to 29, Craiova will once again become the epicenter of music, dance, and non-stop excitement. The fourth edition of IntenCity brings an impressive lineup including Bebe Rexha, Timmy Trumpet, Tyga, and many others, promising four days of unforgettable experiences.
The festival offers much more than live concerts—it’s a full-on interactive experience. Attendees will enjoy chill-out zones, gourmet food, free makeup and hairstyling booths, temporary tattoos, and access to exclusive festival accessories. The official festival map will help participants explore the grounds, including the new SoundBridge Stage by Europa FM, activity areas, and top-up stations, creating a lively and engaging environment.
A highlight of the 2025 edition is the hot air balloon, offering panoramic views of the festival grounds. Visitors can also look forward to LED cups, custom t-shirts, and meet-and-greet areas with top influencers—perfect for fans eager to interact with online stars.
Global music icons will light up the main stage at Ion Oblemenco Stadium. G-Eazy, Tyga, Bebe Rexha, Paris Hilton, and J Balvin—who is set to make a grand entrance—will headline. Timmy Trumpet will bring his signature fusion of electronic music and live trumpet, while Paris Hilton is expected to deliver an iconic DJ set.
The SoundBridge Stage by Europa FM will feature top Romanian artists such as Andrei Bitză, Cabron, Iris, and Voltaj, while the Romanian Opera Craiova will also present a special music performance.
In parallel, the Polyvalent Hall will host a stellar lineup of trap and rap acts, featuring some of the most popular names in the genre.
Organized by the Romanian Opera Craiova and supported by Craiova City Hall and the Local Council, IntenCity Festival 2025 offers a vibrant fusion of music, color, taste, and adrenaline. With a wide variety of attractions, it’s a complete experience designed for all ages.

“June 26, designated as Day 0, is intended as a warm-up and familiarization day for the audience. The Polyvalent Hall stages and the new Europa FM stage will be open, while the official opening ceremony will take place at the beautiful Craiova Water Park, which is already in full preparation,” said Antoniu Zamfir, Manager of the Romanian Opera Craiova.
He emphasized that strong support from local authorities was essential in bringing such big international names to the city. “Let’s start with J Balvin, our headliner. He will close the festival on Sunday with a show that I believe will be a rarity in Craiova. Here’s a fun detail—he’ll drive onto the stage in his personal car, specially customized for his European tour,” said Zamfir.
Friday, June 27 will cater to a younger crowd, with G-Eazy, Tyga, and B.U.G. Mafia representing global hip-hop trends. Antoniu Zamfir noted how popular the genre has become locally. That evening will also feature Damian Drăghici & Brothers in a spectacular live performance showcasing traditional instruments and electrifying rhythms. Aaron Sevilla and ReMan will round out the night with energetic sets.
Saturday, June 28 will be dedicated to pop, featuring Bebe Rexha and Paris Hilton. Rexha is expected to wow thousands with her unmistakable voice and dynamic stage presence. Later, Paris Hilton will bring her signature DJ set to Craiova, followed by a high-energy performance by Timmy Trumpet. The evening will close with Loredana & Friends and Speak, offering colorful, crowd-pleasing shows.
Sunday, June 29 promises an epic closing night. Reggaeton superstar J Balvin will deliver one of the most explosive performances of the summer, while Foster the People will bring their indie pop anthems to the stage. Gianluca Vacchi returns with a stylish and energetic set, and Edward Maya will showcase his dance music infused with Balkan flair.
The night will also spotlight rising Romanian stars Nicole Cherry and Ștefania, and HVMZA will bring modern beats and electrifying energy.
As in previous years, the Polyvalent Hall will host electrifying shows with nonstop music for four nights.
Thursday, June 26 will open with high-energy performances from Dobre, DJ Tavy, DJ Addytzu, Lucille, and Ve.Re.
Friday, June 27 will be a marathon of trap and rap with Andrew Maze, Amuly, Azteca, RAVA, Erika Isac, MGL, Guess Who, NANE, Almud, Miss Martello, Du Mad b2b Gorján, NSCDJ, and Ammo Avenue.
Saturday, June 28 will feature a genre-crossing lineup: Crisko, Petre Stefan, Albert NBN, El Nino, Bad and Boujee, CTC, Puya, MGK666, Gabrian, SICKOTOY, Nacho Bolognani, and HrisQ.
Sunday.
Sunday, June 29 will close the series with Mr. Shtef, Sami G, YNY Sebi, COJO Haos, Ian, Rareș, Șatra B.E.N.Z., Adrian Săguna b2b ARIAS, Andrew Dum, and Eran Hersh.
“We’re doing great, as expected with these major headliners. We’re only about 2,000 tickets away from officially announcing a sold-out event,” said Antoniu Zamfir. “We’ve even built three special staircases, at the request of emergency services, to manage the 22,650 spectator limit at the stadium.”
This year also introduces creative sponsor activations. On the esplanade behind the stadium, fans can participate in Romania’s largest collaborative mural painting, coordinated by Craiova Events and Autentic Gift. Using tempera, colored sand, glitter, and possibly fresco techniques, this initiative turns festivalgoers into co-creators of a massive, interactive art piece.
