Terminal V Festival has confirmed its return to Edinburgh on 18–19 April 2026, revealing full stage lineups and day splits for its next edition at the Royal Highland Centre & Showground. Alongside the lineup announcement, the festival has also confirmed a £1 million investment into the site, focused on improving production, sound, and overall site flow. Rather than chasing size for the sake of it, Terminal V continues to sharpen its identity, building on what has made it one of Scotland’s most respected electronic music festivals and a standout name on the European techno circuit.
The 2026 edition will feature more than 100 artists across six purpose-built stages, with around 40,000 attendees expected over the weekend. One of Terminal V’s defining strengths is how clearly each stage is curated, allowing different styles to exist without overlap or compromise. From heavy, peak-time techno to groove-led house and emerging local talent, the layout is designed so every sound has space to land properly while still feeling part of one connected festival experience.

Area V once again sits at the centre of the festival, delivering the biggest moments and the highest-impact techno sets of the weekend. Saturday sees Sara Landry bring her Eternalism concept as a UK festival exclusive, supported by Clara Cuvé, Novah, Fumi, Adrián Mills, and Alex Farell. On Sunday, the stage closes with Klangkuenstler, alongside a run of powerful back-to-back performances, including a world-exclusive set from SPFDJ and SIM0NE. Running parallel in energy is the Hangar stage, built for relentless pace and pressure, where artists such as 999999999, I Hate Models, Fantasm, Vieze Asbak, and Winson deliver fast, uncompromising techno across both days.
Greenhouse offers a more grounded and musical journey through electronic music’s roots and evolution. Saturday focuses on stripped-back, functional techno inspired by the genre’s early foundations, with artists like Robert Hood and Chlär performing live, while Sunday shifts toward groove-driven tech house led by Patrick Topping, East End Dubs, Traumer, Prunk, and La La. The Terminal stage moves in a different direction again, prioritising energy and emotional release over genre boundaries, with high-impact sets from Mall Grab, Ben Hemsley, Will Atkinson, Morgan Seatree, DJ Gigola, Pegassi, and Spray pushing momentum and crowd connection throughout the weekend.
Alongside the main stages, The Lab continues to serve as a platform for emerging Scottish artists, with its lineup set to be announced closer to the festival, while 2026 also introduces a brand-new stage, The Block, featuring a secret guest lineup that adds an extra layer of anticipation to the weekend.
