Hilight Tribe performs on stage for the majority of the year with the exception of a few months that allow them to re-energize themselves outside the musical circuits. These five musicians and their sound engineer convey a message for all generations. Djembes, congas, sitar, didgeridoo, Tibetan Horn, guitar, vocals, bass and drums are the main elements of a mosaic of about thirty instruments from around the world which are surrounded by themselves in the studio and on stage. They transmit ethnic sounds from distant lands, which inspire, in the space of a concert, travel and escape, all in a true spirit of communion.
As Goa famous HillTop Festival which happens every year on 10-12 February is on its way, they announced their 2nd headliner as Hilight Tribe and the previous headliner announced was Astrix! 🙂
