Dirty South is back on This Never Happened with a exciting new EP ‘The Grand Swell’

With an incredible new EP ‘The Grand Swell‘, Mr. Dragan Roganović a.k.a. Dirty South makes his comeback to Lane 8‘s This Never Happened label. The EP consists of 5 new quality tracks that are surely going to make your jaw drop!

With decades of experience and a great music career with him, you can always trust Dirty South to deliver fresh new amazing tunes. The Grammy-nominated Australian-Serbian DJ/Producer always has something up his sleeves that surprises us fans. And with his new EP ‘The Grand Swell‘ he has managed to wow us once again with his stunning new productions!

The EP starts off with ‘Viggo‘ which features dark, groovy, and funky synths with a classic Dirty South melodic rhythm that gives off a very underground techno vibe.

Next up is ‘Dope Shells‘ which I believe is the heart and soul of this EP. The emotional melody and the progressive sound in this track are very soothing and calming. A great song to listen to when driving at night in your car.

The next track ‘The Architect‘ really does full justice to its name. As the track progresses it unfolds so many different sounds and elements that are wonderfully structured throughout the track. The atmosphere the track creates with its groovy bassline, the mysterious vocal chops, and the dark yet exciting melody is just amazing!

Moving on, we have the title track of the EP ‘The Grand Swell‘ which is full of energy, and power. This dance floor destroyer will amaze you right from the start. The progressive and uplifting melody paired with an energetic baseline will surely get your feet moving. You can be sure to hear this banger in the clubs soon.

Picking up the energy from the previous tune, ‘14 East‘ ends the EP in style carrying a lot of charisma. The track makes use of power drums, a thumping baseline, and a cryptic melody making this tune a blast from start to finish!

As usual, Dirty South has delivered his classic and signature house sound and with a hint of techno this time. Overall, this EP is yet another masterful work from the producer and a great addition to This Never Happened.
