“Who is Malaa?” is one of the mysterious question, dance music fans are facing since 2015. Malaa came to light when he remixed Tchami’s “After Life” in 2015. Teaser for same was produced by DJ Snake and Tchami’s videographers, Chivteam. In November same year, Malaa made his debut on the Confession. So probably, Malaa is not one but two personalities.

Lots of signs prove Malaa is a masked side project of DJ Snake and Tchami. When the world full of Reddit detectives, then detecting internet is more fruitful. Last year in a random tweet by an artist, there was some relation between three was revealed somehow.

In another Facebook event post, Malaa’s identity was revealed. Event description of SF’s 1015 Folsom stated Malaa as DJ Snake. But there was a spelling mistake also, maybe it was deliberately done.

And then Pardon My French team, composed of four French DJs Tchami, Mercer, Malaa and DJ Snake. Throughout the Pardon My French Tour, DJ Snake, Tchami, and Malaa didn’t appear together o stage throughout the tour.

What makes it even more concrete is DJ Snake, Tchami, and Malaa, all are managed by the same management team. Although there are still no confirmation or announcement from artists or their management, the shreds of evidence create a concrete path for the trail that it is a collaboration of DJ Snake and Tchami.
