After a long wait, the final installment of Eric Prydz’s Pryda 15 EP has finally landed. Originally scheduled to be released in August, the release of Volume III got delayed by 2 months as the legendary producer stated he “wanted it to be perfect and had to be back in the studio for that to happen.” The wait though has been totally worth it as Prydz has carefully selected some of his finest set of unreleased tracks to see the light of the day. Following 6 tracks in volume I and 8 in volume II of Pryda’s 15 year anniversary celebrations, the third volume consists of 13 tracks totaling the Pryda 15 trilogy to a whopping 27 tracks, with a cumulative runtime of 213 minutes long!

Pryda 15 Vol III kicks off with the fan favorite T5ID, now known as Terminal 5. The Swedish progressive house maestro pays homage to his fans by naming several other ID tracks similar to what the fans have been referring them to as – ‘Tomorrowland Police Escort ID’ as The Escort (This was the opening track of Eric Prydz’s set at Tomorrowland mainstage in 2017 after being escorted by Police) and ‘Exchange Finale ID’ as Exchange Finale (Eric had first played this to close off his set LA’s Exchange Club, hence the name).

Apart from Big Boss, which has been floating around for over 11 years – most of the tracks in Vol III are Prydz’s recent ID’s. Though it’s hard to pick the best ones among the lot, the absolute standout tracks that define the signature progressive Pryda sound are The Beginning (Marquee LV 2016 Intro ID), Star Bugs, Evolution (Echostage 2017 ID), Project Prayer (Sunburst ID). The swede takes listeners on a towering euphoric high with masterfully crafted tunes ‘Bus 605’ (Lillo ID 04) and ‘Tromb’, which are sure to become Pryda classics over time. Exchange Finale serves as the perfect closing track to cap off the overwhelming release.

In addition to this, Eric Prydz recently announced his return to Apple Music’s Beats1 with his EPIC Radio. With the last Epic Radio episode being aired 2 years back, Prydz fans are in for a treat to get first listen of what the progressive house great has been cooking in his studio. It has been confirmed that the next episode of Epic Radio will air on October 11th at 3 PM PST.

In a time when most of the electronic music producers are content with putting out 6-8 track albums, only Eric Prydz can deliver 27 tracks for an EP and still have plenty more gems lying in his arsenal of unreleased tracks. With the release Pryda 15, Eric has once again cemented his place as an all-time progressive house great.
