Grammy-nominated Swiss artist EDX looks to see off 2019 in emphatic fashion as he announces the release of his next huge sure-fire hit, Voltaic. Voltaic explores the harder, techier side of EDX’s vast repertoire, as Switzerland’s most successful electronic artist shows off his endless capabilities in the studio to deliver yet another unique, avant-garde single, brimming with attitude.

The club-oriented cut is built around an unmistakable synth refrain, which EDX manipulates to extraordinary effect throughout, complete with the welcome addition of punchy ghetto-funk vocal stabs, sweeping pads, old school claps and a hefty sprinkling of his faultless production flair.

His latest original single since the release of Neptune in September, Voltaic also follows two huge remixes over the past couple of months for EDX, whose recent reinterpretations of Charli XCX’s White Mercedes and Loud Luxury & Bryce Vine’s I’m Not Alright have been garnering millions of streams and considerable international acclaim.
