UNTOLD, one of the world’s largest festivals, launches in 7 days. Organizers release event admission and payment details and promote Online Check-in and Top-up for faster entry. Those that check in on-site must pay 25 euros at the Ticketing point. UNTOLD runs August 4-7.
Only fans registered in the Check-in form (online or at the spot) can acquire a festival wristband with a valid barcode and card identity.
Those with several subscriptions or tickets can check in pals. To transfer a subscription or ticket, the owner must use his Check-in account’s Ticket Transfer feature. Then he must fill in the new recipient’s information (name, surname, email, phone, city) and give them the PDF ticket.
Fans can construct a Festival Piggy Bank after online Check-in. By selecting Top-up, festivalgoers can add money to their tickets before the event. Loaded amounts are transferred to event wristbands at Credit Points. The UNTOLD app can be used to load wristbands during the festival.
In addition to the subscription or access ticket and ID, minors must have parental consent. Download parental-consent-ro.pdf (untold.com) and complete it before the event. Under-14s need a parent and a ticket. Under-7s get free festival admission.
