Gary Richards Takes Aim At Pasquale Rotella In Recent Tweets

Clash of the dance titans: The twin towers of EDM — Gary Richards and Pasquale Rotella — have been rivals for years.Richards was originally using the name while throwing events in the early 90’s, and at some point decided to move on and gave verbal permission to Rotella to use the name. There is no exact proof of this, but it appears Richards never expected Rotella to turn this into a world renowned brand.

Mija said that she is not playing HARD this summer due to rave/promoter politics. Destructo quickly replied that he never blocked artists from playing shows, but did allegedly throw some shade at other music festival promoters by stating “Take a guess who does that?”
