Hungarian stars David and Sully better-known by their stage name Stadiumx have taken the scene by a storm with releases on prolific labels such as Protocol, Hexagon & more. The duo has opened a new chapter in their career, they have launched their brand new label Sub Religion Records, with the imprint’s debut single, the Sam Martin collaboration ‘Be Mine’.

With Sub Religion Records now affording Stadiumx the opportunity to further establish their own legacy of sound, one can expect to hear a lot more from the pair over the coming months, including major collaborations with A-list names and some exciting fresh talent unearthed by Stadiumx. We got an amazing opportunity to chat with them, check it out below:

1.Hey guys congratulations on the launch of Sub Religion Records! What went into the decision to start it?

Thank you very much! The actual idea of our own label has been on our mind for many years however there was always another project we had to focus on. Collaborations, remixes, it was more about building our own profile. We were all agreeing on that if we establish a label then we want to operate it standalone. Finally this year it was time to take this milestone!

2. Can you share a brief overview of what you have planned for Sub Religion Records?

We want to open a whole new chapter for the profile with the label and do everything in parallel with Stadiumx and Sub Religion. We’re looking for fresh, new music. We’re trying to shape a new era and make the future progressive direction with the sound.

3. Could you elaborate on the process of collaborating with Sam Martin for your collaboration ‘Be Mine’?

We first met Sam’s name when we did a remix for Sultan & Ned Shepard years ago. When we got the stems we already found his voice amazing. Back then, unfortunately, we couldn’t work together but later we could do a remix for David Guetta’s song “Lovers On The Sun” which Sam also sang and we loved working on the song. Then we decided to do a song together. This became “Love You Forever” with Nicky Romero. So officially this is the second song we did together and it’s a fantastic feeling to work with him again.

4. What are your opinions on the 2020 Music Market trend? What genre is taking over the market according to you?

It would be very difficult to tell exactly what will work in the future. As producers, we think it’s much more important to be credible and committed to what we do and to be able to innovate. Now there are completely different trends in the music industry for each continent. It’s different in the USA, different in Europe or different in Asia. We’d rather make music that we love and more unique than focus on just the trends.

5.Any message for your fans across the globe?

It’s very important to stay positive and pay attention to each other and of course to ourselves. Let’s not forget that these hard times are coming to an end soon and we will all party together again! We hope to see you soon on the dancefloor!
