Combining two art students and a derivatives trader into an all-encompassing art project was surely a novel concept. Autograf — formed by Jake Carpenter, Louis Kha, and Mikul Wing — craft a shimmery mix of futuristic electronica with a D.I.Y. ethos that melds the skills from their former day jobs.


The talented trio has released dozens of melodic originals such as “Metaphysical,” and “Don’t Worry,” as well as entire EP in the form of “Future Soup.” They’ve been touring, stopping by dozens of cities, and yet they’ve found the time to drop a new song. “Episode,” is a dark and ominous electro tune featuring the iconic samples from Dr. Dre’s “The Next Episode.” The drop also utilizes a playful harmony and electric synths.
