Australian singer Vassy has won the IDMA Award for “Best Featured Vocalist Performance” for her work on David Guetta’s track “Bad” , also with Tiesto for the track titled “Secrets“. Since then, Vassy and Tiësto have performed “Secrets” during the 2016 Ultra and Tomorrowland sets. Recently , the Australian singer teamed up with Tiësto for the second time to release her new progressive house single “Nothing to Lose” on his imprint Musical Freedom label.
Vassy recently appeared in a video with 93.3 FLZ’s Brian Fink, performing a version of James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke, Also she sang some of her smash hit “Secrets” with Tiësto and KSHMR and some Adele tunes .They also put on the recent hit “Closer” by The Chainsmokers!
Before they get started, Vassy revealed that she’s been talking with The Chainsmokers recently about collaborating, she also said that they haven’t been digging any of her ideas so far!
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone , The Chainsmokers ripped into Lady Gaga and Rihanna and also said that they favor working with unknown vocalists because they’re willing to work harder . So , it seems that Vassy is anything but unknown, but a collaboration with her and The Chainsmokers would still almost as a matter of course be a smash hit.
