We bet you must have heard the track “Why This Kolaveri Di”, the super catchy track that took the nation by storm but many of you won’t know that the track was composed by a young talented guy Anirudh Ravichander, who was perusing his degree at Loyola College that point of time. After the super-hit track there was no turning back for this nephew of Indian superstar Mr. Rajnikanth.
Such is the aura of this multi-talented young boy that he is now a renowned name in South film industry or tollywood as they and has made a mark for himself as Film composer, music director, record producer, instrumentalist and singer. Yeah, that’s some real talent there.
Now, we were amazed when Anirudh took down to twitter sharing that he is spending time in studio with thomas Wesley Pentz aka Diplo both are spending time in studio together and they have some new music coming.


Anirudh along with Sony Music India CEO Shridhar Subramaniam met Diplo when the latter came down to India for a 3 city tour for his Mad Decent Party event in Feb this year and this is where it all started. Back in April this year, Diplo gave a shoutout for Anirudh’s track “Hola Amigo” too.

We are super excited to hear out how the fusion of Indian sound of Anirudh will mash up with the EDM superstar Diplo.
