Around Two weeks ago, Amsterdam Music Festival released their lineup for this year’s edition. From the lineup , the edm fanatics made a perception and there were wide speculation that confirmed this year’s #1 DJ is Martin Garrix .
This state of confusion was created due to the the AAF flyers stating “special guest appearance by the new #1 DJ in the world,”and Martin Garrix’s name was absent in the lineup , we all assumed the special guest as the prolific young Dutch DJ/Producer.

Sadly , the young Dutch DJ himself finally broke his silence on the matter last night, sending out a tweet that predominantly cut off all hopes of him taking his deserved place on the polls. Though he hasn’t exactly been campaigning for the DJ Mag Top 100, either.

The absence of Martin Garrix at AMF is also unfortunate, purely for the reason that he’s an absolute amazing performer.
