August 2025 marks a historic moment in festival culture when Mysteryland, the world’s longest-running electronic music festival, is hosting its final edition in its current iconic form.

From August 22–24, the magical grounds of Haarlemmermeer will once again come alive—but this time, with a bittersweet twist. After this edition, organizer ID&T will pause the festival in 2026 to reimagine its future.

For over 30 unforgettable years, Mysteryland has been the heartbeat of the Dutch festival season. Now, the festival organisers are preparing to close this chapter with a spectacular grand finale unlike anything seen before.

Massive Lineup from global icons like Hardwell, Eric Prydz, Indira Paganotto, and Adriatique, to fresh homegrown talents like Benwal and Marlon Hoffstadt to name a few. 2025 edition will feature Larger-than-life stage design, mesmerizing 3D visuals, lasers & pyrotechnics, Saturday’s finale with Hardwell and a breathtaking drone-infused End Show on Sunday.

Creating a world-class experience doesn’t come easy—especially now. Since the pandemic, production costs have nearly doubled. Audience tastes are changing faster than ever. And to keep innovating, you sometimes have to take a breath, step back, and boldly reimagine.

ID&T isn’t walking away, as they did in 2003, when the festival moved from Ruigoord to Floriade, they’re now embracing a moment of reinvention which means expect something new, daring which for sure is worthy of Mysteryland’s legacy.

“We’re not saying goodbye to this beautiful location, We’re simply creating the space to build the next 30 years of Mysteryland.” – ID&T spokesperson
