Martin Garrix was inarguably one of the biggest artists that was associated with Spinnin` before he quit the label back in 2015. He had then filed a lawsuit against them accusing them of making him and his father sign a contract that was not in their best interests. A portion of the lawsuit was withdrawn in December 2015 but the remaining allegations were still instilled upon the label. The judges ruled the case in Garrix`s favour today morning. The case was handed to judges at the Leystand court in the Netherlands.

Garrix had sued Spinnin` for $3.7M and it was against the then director of Spinnin` Eelko Van Kuuten. Garrix said he fought this case not just for himself but also fellow artists including Curbi, Mike Williams & Sam Feldt to name a few. Garrix won back rights to some of his tracks including the track that earned him recognition as an artist, Animals.
