The anticipated song by Marshmello and Selena has finally been released and it was worth the wait .After the huge hit of ‘ It Ain’t Me‘ , Selena’s collaboration with Kygo , she continued and become the vocalist of ‘ Wolves ‘ : her new song with Marshmello .With Selena‘s beautiful vocal along and Marshmello‘s sweet melody , along with magnificent guitar chords , ‘Wolves‘ gave us a lot of emotions , from melancholy to hope.
Selena in an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe said that the song’s lyrics mirror her feelings and experience what she was going throught when she recorded the song. It’s a personal piece of work she can’t wait to share with fans, with lyrics like “I’ve been running through the jungle’ , ‘I’ve been crying with the wolves’ , ‘ To get to you, to get to you’ ,’ I’ve been down the darkest alleys’ ‘Saw the dark side of the moon’.
After all the waiting , Marshmello and Selena did not fail our expectations and create an extraordinary song that is truly deserved to be the anthem of Autumn.
