There was a ticket scam yesterday at the Ed Sheeran concert at Jio Gardens, Mumbai and near about 200 fans were stranded outside the venue for the entire day.
A lot of teenagers with their friends and family had paid Rs.5000 and Rs.10000 for Gold & Diamond class tickets respectively to a third party company, which turned out be a huge loss for them.
According to the information received yet, no FIR has been lodged yet.
An individual called Vishnu Poddar had collected the money from many of these 200 fans but disappeared when they asked for physical tickets in exchange of e-tickets on the day of the event.
