One of the most prolific & eclectic dance music gathering Electric Forest is gearing up for the eighth annual music and camping festival in Rothbury, Michigan.It is all set to bring the magic to Rothbury Forest as it is extended over to two weekends June 21–June 24 and June 28–July 1, 2018.The whole festival is not just about dance music but also some amazing things such as Silent Disco, workshops and speakers, daily yoga, live art and immersive theater experiences throughout both weekends will offer adventure, exploration, and opportunities to more deeply connect with the unique energy of the Electric Forest and its community.

Just sometime ago, Electric Forest released a video created from footage captured during Electric Forest 2017.

Both weekends of Electric Forest will be headlined by The String Cheese Incident, Bassnectar, GRiZ with a live band, RÜFÜS DU SOL, and ZHU.Galantis will perform on the First Weekend. Marshmello will be performing only on the Second Weekend. Acts such as  Bonobo (Live), Chromeo, Cut Copy, Malaa,JAUZ, Keys N Krates, Lil Dicky, Green Velvet, Datsik, Get Real, REZZ, Superduperkyle,Washed Out & more will be bringing magic to the Forest with heir beats.

The most special thing about the 2 weekend affair is a special set from deadmau5 b2b Richie Hawtin (testpilot). They will be performing on the second weekend alongside an array of talents.

Talking about the different stages, 2018 edition will see stages such as bassrush, This Ain’t Bristol, Mr. Carmack presents Forward Thinkers, Green Velvet presents La La Land and other stages are yet to be announced which will be hosting stages on the First Weekend. Second Weekend will be having stages such as Bassrush Mau5trap, Rüfüs & Friends, Desert Hearts and Soulection.
