From the 6th till 8th December, BUDX Presented by Budweiser and co-programmed by Boiler Room is the place to be! Budweiser and Boiler Room together are bringing a very unique experience for all of us to Delhi this week. Their project BUDX is all set to host multiple artists, workshops, DJ masterclasses, Music panels and a lot more, all at the same place within the three-day time span!
The underlying focus of BUDx is to bring fans and artists closer together in a collaborative, creative experience around emerging electronic music culture. Through its structure and content, BUDX puts the spotlight squarely on the development of electronic music in India as a tool of social cohesion and empowerment. It is also an extension of Budweiser experiences’ collaboration that brought Boiler Room to India at the end of 2016, and continues to champion the local scene and electronic music communities in India.
BUDx will be a combination of blended showcases that incorporate both live musical performances and a melting pot of exchanges on the electronic music culture. A combination of panel discussions, lectures, masterclasses and real-time artist collaborations, all culminating in some mega Boiler Room sets at the end of it all. The Lab will feature appearances by artists such as TEEBS, Kindness, Ash Koosha and Sarathy Korwar; music lab to end with a Detroit-to Delhi showcase featuring Omar S, Marcellus Pittmann and Indian talent like FILM and Kini Rao amongst others.
On the 6th of December, will feature electronic music sets by Arjun Vagale, Inga Mauer and a special Bouxout Soundsystem with DJ Mo City, Rohan Kale, MadStarBase, Dualist Inquiry and Abhi Meer!
The second day of the Electronic Music Lab BUDX will feature electronic sets by JAMBLU, ZOKHUMA and none other than BLOT! to end the day on a higher note .
For the final day they have a Special Boiler Room set with Marcellus Pittman along with Raji Rags, Corridors and UP7T.
