Block Now and Pay Later Scheme
1) Each person availing the Scheme is hereinafter referred to as “You/Your” .
2) The ‘Book Now and Pay Later Scheme’ (“Scheme”) is only applicable for (a) Under 21” category and (b) “GA” category tickets sold during Phase 1 .
3) The Scheme is only applicable if You have completed 16 years of age .
4) Age limit for “Under 21” category tickets is from 16 to 21 only .
5) To buy “Under 21” category of tickets, You must have valid college/student identity proof .
6) To buy “GA” category of tickets, You must have original valid government issued identity proof (with Your date of birth etc.)
7) Under the Scheme, You can block Your tickets for attending the Vh1 Supersonic Festival 2018 to be held in Pune on 9th, 10th, 11th February, 2018 (“Event”) being organized by Viacom18 Media Private Limited (“V18”), by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000/-, inclusive of all applicable taxes (“Blocking Amount”). The Blocking Amount is only part amount of the total cost of the ticket .
8) Once You have blocked Your tickets for the Event, by successfully making payment of the Blocking Amount, You will receive an e-mail from the ticketing portal ‘BookMyShow’. The e-mail will contain Your ‘transaction id’
9) BookMyShow will provide a secret link on January 2, 2018 through which You are required to make payment of the balance ticket cost (which will vary depending on the category of tickets blocked by You) .
10) The balance amount is required to be paid on BookMyShow anytime between 12:00 pm on January 2, 2018 until 11:59 pm on January 7, 2018 (“Payment Window”) in such manner as instructed by BookMyshow vide the e-mail .
11) In the event You fail to or are unable to make payment of the balance ticket cost, for any reason whatsoever , You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably acknowledge that a) the ticket blocked by You will stand immediately cancelled and b) the Blocking Amount paid by You will be forfeited. Neither V18 nor BookMyShow shall be liable to refund the Blocking Amount to You under any circumstance and no claims shall be entertained in this regard .
12) The Scheme is available from 12:00 pm on December 6, 2017 until 11:59 pm on December 15, 2017 .
13) The transaction id will be a unique code for each of You .
14) All complaints pertaining to the Blocked Amount or the tickets, including but not limited to non-receipt of e-mail as stated above, transaction failure etc. shall be resolved directly by BookMyShow and V18 shall not be held liable for the same in any manner .
15) V18 reserves the right to modify, amend, revise the terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. You are advised to check the terms and conditions regularly on this website/app .
16) All disputes to be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only as per Indian laws .
17) By making payment of the Blocking Amounts, You acknowledge that You have read the terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (as modified/amended from time to time) .
