Sunburn Festival is all set to take place this week, it has a lineup featuring all sorts of artists from genres. The 2017 iteration of the festival will be having a perfect combination of local talents as well as the global heavy weights. With such a stellar lineup, the 11th edition will be off the hook. Sunburn Festival 2017 will be having 4 stages namely EMPIRE OF THE SUN 2.0, GARDEN VILLE, ARACHNOID & OLA STAGE.
Well we just compiled a list of 9 acts at Sunburn Festival which you simply can’t afford to miss:
1.Luigi Rocca
Luigi Rocca is Turin based The self-made producer and global travelling DJ also runs three of the most exciting record labels to emerge from Italy in the past 10 years – Hotfingers, Tuamotu and 303Lovers – alongside Manuel De La Mare and Alex Kenji. He has been releasing stuff on Toolroom Records, Tiger Records and 1605 to Stricktly Rhythm and Ministry of Sound. Get ready to experience his performance full of his signature elements of house and techno.
2.Manuel De La Mare
Our 2nd artist on the list is another Italian DJ/Producer who has been making waves in the house music scene from a longtime. He has performed at some of the world’s profilic dance music clubs such as Ministry of Sound in London, Womb in Tokyo and Fabrik in Madrid. Back in 2011, he won the award of Beatport ‘Best Remixer 2011’. Manuel’s productions are a combination of Italo dance, jackin’ filtered and deep house, rolling techno beats and crossing minimal melodies.He has been releasing some real top notch stuff on Universal, Toolroom, Ministry of Sound, Tiger Records, Spinnin, Definitive and Stealth.
3. Maribou State
Maribou State consists of two masterminds namely Chris Davids and Liam Ivory, who are known for the richness and human quality of live instrumentation and songcraft. Their productions are deep, resonant guitar licks and dishevelled synths riding upon loping breakbeats. You simply can’t miss their euphhoric set.
4.Chippy Non Stop
Chippy Nonstop is a woman brimming with barely-contained energy and charisma. She came into limelight with the release of her super-charged twerk anthem “Money Dance” in 2011. She is a DJ, rapper, songwriter, writer, producer. Chippy Nonstop is an artist who breaks all the rules, pushes all the boundaries and doesn’t apologise for any of it.
5.Talamasca
French psychedelic trance project started by Cedric Dassulle better known asTalamasca was originally formed in 1996. Talamasca’s musical style has undeniably evolved throughout the years, always adapting to the never-ending changes of the scene and after more than 100 tracks produced, the project remains as one of the most active and requested live acts in every big event and festival around the world. Talamasca has toured Brazil, Mexico, Israel, Japan, Germany, Portugal, Greece, Serbia, Macedonia, USA, UK, Austria, Australia, India, Taiwan, Italy, Morocco, Turkey, Belgium, Netherlands, Costa Rica, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Canada, South Africa, Cyprus, Russia, Hungary, Chile, Argentina and many more.
6.Salvatore Ganacci
He needs no introduction, Salvatore has secured his place as one of Sweden’s finest and innovative export. Salvatore Ganacci’s now found represented on every corner of the globe. Having garnered millions of streams and landmark international shows courtesy of his hard hitting and experimental sound. He has performed at all the major dance music gatherings across the globe including Tomorrowland. Last year he came to Sunburn Festival, now get hyped for his second performance!

7.Citizen Kain
His sets are combination a rhythm efficiency, an undisputed go with a varied melodious sensibility which result in getting the audience involved with his music, unanimously clasped by its twisted energy. His productions have already garnered heavy support from Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Slam, Martin Eyerer, Agoria, Tomcraft, Len Faki, Maetrik, Monika Kruse, Dave Clarke, John Acquaviva, Joseph Capriati, Mihalis Safras to name a few.
8.Clean Bandit
Does the Rockabye hit maker group needs any introduction? Well, they are making their way to India for the very first time! The British group is known for its amazing ability to blend classical music and pop forms for an airy and dreamy yet driven sound that’s like the chamber music version of house music.Clean Bandit consists of bassist and saxophone player Jack Patterson, drummer Luke Patterson, strings player Grace Chatto and violinist Milan Neil Amin-Smith.
9.Marnik
The Italian DJ/Producer duo who have been producing the Sunburn Festival Official Anthem from the past few years. MARNIK are one of the most promising talents in today’s scene. With international support from the world’s most renowned DJs and producers.They shot to fame with the release of their big room anthem “Momentum”.They shot to fame with the release of their big room anthem “Momentum”. The Italian phenemona have been releasing bangers on Dim Mak, Revealed, Spinnin’, Armada & more. They have been smashing the stages at Pacha Ibiza, Ushuaia Ibiza, Queen Paris, and BCM Planet Dance in Mallorca, Spain, Tomorrowland, Belgium. Although they have performed at the previous edition of the Festival, they are all set to smash it once more!
