Marshmello has announced the release date for his collaboration with late Lil Peep. It was reported back in December, that something was cooking between Marshmello and Lil Peep who sadly passed away last year in November. Lil Peep passed away from a drug overdose of fake Xanax pills containing the hyper potent opiate fentanyl. Whole music industry reacted to Lil Peep’s death and Marshmello was among the first to react to Lil Peep’s death on his twitter when the news first started circulating .

He had a ton of unreleased music and many of his fans assumed that they might never be able to hear the sounds, Lil Peep worked on. After few weeks of his sad demise, his family announced that all of his unreleased music would eventually get released sooner or later  On of these collaborations was one with Marshmello.

Well, it looks like Marshmello has confirmed it and he has revealed that his collaboration would be coming out this Friday , that is on January 12th .

A Peep spokesperson told Billboard that a video will company the release. We can’t wait to hear this collaboration. RIP Lil Peep
