Vh1 Supersonic is all set to take place on February 9-11 in Pune next month. The big news that came in today was the announcement of the final headliner & a few other acts from the #SuperLineup, Sean Paul. The Jamaican rapper will perform in India for the second time after previously performing in Delhi back in 2012. We’re sure the ‘Temperature’ will rise when he performs at Supersonic. The multi-genre American DJ/Producer Seven Lions will also be making his way to the festival. Progressive Rock sensation Plini was another announcement who will feature David Maxim Micic during the set. Dutch duo Sunery James & Ryan Merciano will bring their house sound to Pune. Trance Pioneers Gabriel & Dredson were the next duo to be announced. The first Indian act announced was Electronica pioneers Midival Punditz. Next up were German Techno acts the Adana Twins. The koocha monster Nucleya was announced next up. We shall quickly go through the supporting acts that were announced: Indian Rock band Pentagram, Techno DJ Enrico Sangiuliano, another Indian rock band Soulmate, Cristoph the techno DJ signed to Pryda Presents, Indie band TheSkavengers, techno act DaxJ, Audio Injection, Hip Hop band Levelz, Lost Stories, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, Hip Hop act Krafty Kuts & Dynamite mc, Mouse outfit, Zaeden, Buttering Trio, Grzly Adams, Paul Thomas & Aneesh Gera, The F 16s, Blot, Breed.

The other headliners for the festival are the likes of Major Lazer, Marshmello & Alt-J. Some other noteworthy artists previously announced were Dillon Francis, Joseph Capriati, Ghastly, Ookay etc. There’s also some pretty amazing Indian acts to look forward to such as Arjun Vagale, Ash Roy, DJ SA.

The festival will also host an Awakenings stage for all the Techno Heads. An all round lineup, spectacular venue & a fantastic management team, Vh1 Supersonic is definitely a festival you cannot afford to miss.
