Airbeat One Festival takes place in a small town in Germany called Neustadt Glewe. The town is about an hours drive from Hamburg. The location had to be a serendipity for the organisers when they first found it. Surrounded by lush green fields in the summer & a couple of old castles. One of them being as old as from the 13th century. The festival will take place on an airfield that would be surrounded by such amazing beauty.
Moving to the lineup, it definitely looks promising already as it already includes 7 of the top 10 DJ’s from the DJ Mag. Last years lineup was one which would be as good as any festival around the globe. The organisers promise for this edition to be better. Airbeat One had the biggest mainstage for any festival in Germany last year. Compiled with that were some amazing fireworks, lazer shows, LED screens which would definitely please the crowd. Airbeat One comprises of 5 stages every year. The USP of this festival though, has to be the different themes it boasts of every year. Last year it had an all American theme which meant a mainstage that resembled the white house & other stages that resembled various monuments from the USA. This year is set to be a British theme, that makes it exciting to see what the organisers have in store for the ticket payers.
Another noteworthy point is that the festival is really affordable compared to the other overhyped festivals in Europe. As of now a festival ticket to Airbeat One would only cost you 120€. This definitely makes Airbeat One more than a total value for money festival. This years edition will take place from 11-15th July. This gives you all ample time to look for affordable flights & accommodation.
