We got to talk with the Australian DJ/Producer duo, check out the interview here:

1. Hello Andrew & Cameron, how did you guys came together to form “BAD DECISIONS”, the project name has any specific story/reason behind it?

A: We we’re making music together long before Bad Decisions, but the origin behind the name is that everyone told us making music was a bad decision, so we kept making them 🤔

2.Growing up what were your early influences, you guys grew up listening to particularly electronic music or any other stuff?

A: Andrew listened to a lot of pop/rock/punk stuff, I did as well but definitely was influenced by dance at a super early age by acts like Daft Punk, then Pendulum & eventually people like Skrillex & Porter Robinson

3.You guys kicked off 2018 with an official remix for the tip guns Martin Garrix & David Guetta’s collaboration “Like I Do”, how does it feel?

A: It was actually their collaboration of “So Far Away” 😂 but it was an amazing feeling to get the call up to remix 2 legends of our era.

4. If BAD DECISIONS has to collaborate with a global superstar(pop/edm) whom it would be and why?

A: This is such a tough question because theres so many out there, but it would have to be either, in a more ‘edm’ sense – Skrillex (obviously he’s a legend and a mastic inspiration). For vocals a dream callab would be with SZA and/or Dua Lipa, their vocals are so unique and unlike anything else.

5. Which is your dream festival to perform at?
A: Ultra Miami, Worldwide stage or main

6. You guys recently dropped a dope tune on Tiesto’s Musical Freedom imprint, how was the process behind the production to sending it the label ?

A:Too High started with chords and a piano, from that we got the inspiration to write the lyrics and then finished off with making the drop. After that, it found its way into the hands of an A&R at Music Freedom thanks to our great team.

7. So, what does BAD DECISIONS have in pipeline for 2018?
A: We have a heap of new music that we can’t wait to share with everyone, maybe even an EP 😉
We also got a few more exciting things that we can’t announce just yet, but we’ll keep everyone posted!

8. Any message to the upcoming/budding DJ/Producers from you?
A: May sound corny but its true, just work as hard as you can, believe in your music and never let anything stop you from reaching your goals.
