They say too many cooks spoil the broth but that’s not the case with this collab. The Liverpool based DJ/Producer, Corey James collaborated with the Italian trio, FaderX for an EPIC new release called “Feed“. The track is OUT NOW on Nicky Romero‘s label, Protocol Recordings.
When you’re being mentored by someone legendary like Steve Angello, you know that you’re on the right path to success. And that’s exactly what’s going on with Corey James. Often called Steve‘s protégé, he has proven to us time and again why he deserves this glorious title. From releasing quality music on SIZE, Axtone and Protocol Recordings over the years, Corey has set the bar up really high with his productions. His recent collabs with David Pietras like “Arlanda” and “To Live” have gotten tons of love from their fans. Also, let’s not forget about their remix of Steve Angello‘s “Nothing Scares Me Anymore“, which is simply just mind-blowing stuff.
Speaking of mind-blowing stuff, the Italian trio, FaderX is simply unstoppable at the moment with their club weapons. Fresh and fun vibes are a trademark of their music style which is so entertaining to listen to. When like minds work together, the result is always extraordinary and that’s exactly what’s happening with this trio. With regular releases on Protocol Recordings and collaborations like “Free” (w/ Maximals), “Shine” (w/ WILL K) and “In My Head” (w/ Matt Nash), they have a plethora of excellent tunes under their name. And I for one can’t wait for their future releases.
Coming back to the new release “Feed“, it is actually the very first time that artists have collaborated with each other. The perfect blend of their sounds works in such harmony that it easily qualifies as a top-notch club anthem for the coming years. The track builds up for a very thrilling and thumping bassline combined with a lovely progressive melody which is sure to destroy all dance floors. And with a club BANGER like this, I hope they continue collaborating for many more releases in the near future.
