Insomniac founder & CEO Pasquale Rotella has officially announced the rescheduling of EDC Las Vegas 2020. In the wake of COVID-19 outbreak, Insomniac’s flagship event will take place in the month of October 2020. EDC Las Vegas, the unparalleled multi-sensory experience was all set for its 10th anniversary in the next month but for the safety of attendees, the team had to take this decision. This announcement follows the cancellation of another major festival such as Coachella, Ultra Miami.
Till the date, about 1,514 known COVID-19 cases in Nevada and 43 deaths were reported. Hopefully, the outbreak situation will be under control until the month of October. As stated, the lineup will be the same nothing will change, only the dates have been changed. All ticket purchases made for the original festival dates in May will be honored in October, while refunds will be offered for those unable to attend in the fall.
