Booka Shade & Joplyn’s ‘Polar Lights’ which was featured on the duo’s latest album ‘Dear Future Self’ has received the remix treatment from three amazing artists John Monkman, Chi Thanh, and Inta. The remix package is out now on Booka Shade’s Blaufield Music imprint.
The emotive production gets reworked from John Monkman as he kicks things off in hypnotic fashion as the UK talent merges warping electronics and soaring synths alongside pulsating arpeggios and metallic percussion, whilst Chi Thanh employs chunky, resonant analog bass stabs alongside sweeping vocal snippets.
The final remix comes via Scottish and South African duo Inta, who make their label debut in style utilizing suspenseful builds and breaks comprised of snaking lead melodies, cavernous drum shots and rich vocal hooks to offer up a peak-time rework to shape up the package.
