The master of melodic deep house sound Daniel Goldstein a.k.a. Lane 8 is back with a beautiful new release called ‘Run‘ together with the mysterious Kasablanca. The track is OUT NOW via This Never Happened.
The quantity and quality of music from Lane 8 and his imprint This Never Happened has been rising constantly throughout the year. This is obviously good news for all the fans since 2020 has not been very kind to us lately. Thanks to Daniel and his team of fellow amazing artists who are always around the corner to rescue us from these dark times. Keeping this momentum going, Lane 8‘s new collaboration with Kasablanca is truly a celebratory release which is sure to brighten up our future days.
Teased on Lane 8‘s wonderful Summer 2020 Mixtape, ‘Run‘ beautiful incorporates Kasablanca‘s unique, dark, and progressive sound which can be heard in their stunning releases like, ‘Hold Me Close‘, ‘Alive‘ and ‘Be There‘. After creating a massive stir in the dance music scene with these wonderful releases on Armada, Kasablanca is surely shaping up to be the next big act in this genre. With huge support from Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Sam Feldt, Martin Garrix, and many more, this new Kasablanca act has quickly grabbed people’s attention all over the world.
Moving on to the brand new release ‘Run‘, as expected we once again have gotten ourselves a luscious treat from This Never Happened. The track kicks things off with very soothing synths that are followed up with a beautiful uplifting arpeggio melody and a lovely set of vocals. ‘Run‘ does a great job of displaying the utter brilliance of the two collaborators that keep the listener mesmerized from start to end. This track is surely one the best releases from the label and we can’t wait to hear more from Lane 8 and Kasablanca.
