Starting the year with a BANG is our favorite Dutch duo, W&W who have revived one of the most iconic tracks of the early 2000s. Yes, I’m talking about the Romanian Eurodance trio, O-Zone‘s classic track ‘Dragostea Din Tei‘. If you’re still not able to recall, then these words from the song will definitely help, ‘numa numa yei, numa numa numa yei…’.
With so many great nostalgic memories attached to the original which was released way back in 2003, W&W did a wonderful job of creating that magic once again. The track hit the number 1 spot across all charts in Europe the following year and the words ‘numa numa yei’ spread like wildfire in the dance music community. Doing full justice to the source material, W&W deliver a power-packed, energetic, and uplifting remix which they’re highly known for.
Really happy to finally be able to share this one with you! We’ve been playing it out a lot and reactions have always been great, super thankful for that! Also, so amazing memories watching all this footage! Let’s hope we can party together again soon!
